Substance Abuse Monitoring System Program (S.A.M.S.)

The Substance Abuse Monitoring System (S.A.M.S) Program conducts random drug and alcohol testing and monitors individuals for compliance with court orders, conditions of bond or community control, and/or substance abuse treatment programs.  Participants are required to call into the automated telephone system on a daily basis, seven days per week, and if selected for a random drug screen, he/she is required to report to the Adult Probation Department to submit a urine sample to be tested.
