Operating Status Updates in Light of COVID-19 Outbreak
General Information: The Judges of the Wayne County Common Pleas Court issued a joint Administrative Order on March 20, 2020, addressing updated court procedures in light of COVID-19. The Administrative Order is available here.
All jury trials scheduled through April 30, 2020, are cancelled.
All parties and/or attorneys should contact the administrative assistant for the assigned Judge or Magistrate for questions regarding all other upcoming hearings.

Probation Information: The Adult Probation Department is requesting that you do not visit the probation department in person during this pandemic, and until further notice. All telephone lines and emails are being monitored. Please immediately notify either the front desk (330) 287-5550 or your probation officer directly with any updates or changes to your contact information. You are still required to follow all court orders and probation conditions, including staying in touch with your officer regularly. We can refer you to many resources such as recovery support, unemployment and/or employment links, treatment referrals, counseling etc. Please comply with all probation expectations and stay safe.
